1. Who we are

GetPDFMint ("we", "us", "our") is a free online PDF and text tool service operated by Anjan Kesh Singh, based in Doha, Qatar. You can reach us at anjansinghkesh@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the absolute minimum required to operate the service:

• Uploaded files — Files you upload for conversion or merging are temporarily stored on our servers for processing only.
• Server logs — Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These are used for security and debugging only.

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or any account data. No registration is required.

3. How we use your files

Files uploaded to GetPDFMint are used solely to perform the requested conversion or merge operation. Once the file is processed and returned to you:

• Uploaded source files are deleted immediately after processing
• Output PDF files are automatically deleted within 1 hour
• We do not read, analyse, index, or share your file contents with any third party
• We do not use your files to train any AI or machine learning models

4. Text tools & browser-based processing

All text tools (Word Counter, Case Converter, JSON Formatter, YAML Formatter, Markdown Preview, etc.) run entirely in your browser. No text you enter into these tools is ever sent to our servers. Your data stays on your device.

5. Cookies & tracking

GetPDFMint does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any form of user tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services. There are no advertisements on this site.

6. Third-party services

We do not share your data with any third-party services. Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the ap-south-1 region. AWS may process server logs as part of their standard infrastructure operation, governed by AWS's Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention

• Uploaded files: Deleted within 1 hour of processing
• Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then deleted
• Text tool data: Never stored — processed entirely in your browser

8. Your rights

Since we do not store personal data tied to your identity, there is no profile to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about a specific file you uploaded, contact us and we will manually verify and delete it immediately.

9. Security

All connections to GetPDFMint are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Uploaded files are stored in isolated temporary directories and are not accessible to other users. We follow security best practices to protect our infrastructure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
